Official Statement on Hurricane Newton

Hurricane "Newton" Category 1 on the Saffir-Simpson scale, has reached the coasts of Baja California Sur, Mexico and maintains maximum sustained winds of 0 mi/h and gusts up to 116 mi/h and its effects have begun to appear on the coast of Baja California, Sonora and Sinaloa with strong storms in Chihuahua and Nayarit, moving north-northwest (330°) at 17 mi/h.

Because of this, R&G Espinosa has activated its contingency plan. Our "CAT team", composed by 15 to 20 adjusters from our local offices and international partners, (coming from distinguished Chilean and Argentinean firms) will be traveling to the risk area to give priority assistance to you, our customers and major accounts.
